Neil Beaty, 37, resides in Southwestern Ohio on four acres of nature's landscape, from which his inspiration springs. His commercial assignments afford him new locales and new perspectives, and his indoor studios allow him space to make product photos come alive.

Two of Neil's greatest passions — the beauty of nature and the adventure of travel — led to his inevitable fascination with photography, and each year since getting his first camera over twenty years ago, Neil has expanded his talent of finding "just the right shot."

Having found an aptitude for photography at an early age, Neil was rarely seen without a camera at the ready. As the years passed, his education and experience led him to continue the development of his skills as a photographer.

Through all of his travels, one of the most enchanting destinations Neil has found has been the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains where the spark for this book first began.
